We could definitely update our Catholic library, and I am sure all history books would be read from cover to cover by our 17 year old!

We never have enough books (or bookcases for that matter)! We love to learn from high quality books that our children will read cover to cover.

Catholic books are so hard to find, and using secular or Protestant ones is a dicey proposition. I cherish having a source for books that I can be assured will have no bias against Catholisism and in line with Church teachings!

We are using Connecting With History again this year. Last year (Vol 1) I skipped the Land of Our Lady book because it was hard to find and my kids were young (K/1st). I just got it in the mail for this year and have started reading it.
Do not skip this one! It is a wonderful book with easy to read text and great images that is already a hit with my two. I regret not finding a copy last year. Thanks so much for having it reprinted!

We use TAN Books for book reports for our older children and their Treasure Box series is part of what we use for our preschooler along with several of the great Neumann Press titles. They're all great for helping our children to know, love and learn about our beautiful Catholic faith.

We have used many of TAN's books, especially saints ones, over the last 19 years of homeschooling. Some have been very well loved and could use replacing. Then there are the books I don't have yet that I want from TAN. $100 would help. :D

As another has said, we can trust that books that come from TAN are solid in their Catholicity. That is of extreme importance to use in homeschooling our children to be true Catholics. Books on saints and theology are always welcome in a homeschool library. Sometimes mom needs help too to be a better Catholic so parenting and mothering books are good too.

One of the most important parts of schooling as our kids get older is leaving wonderful Catholic literature around the house that they are free to pick up and read in their spare time. This would be a great help in providing that reading material!
